The College believes in the ability of our employees to meet and exceed performance expectations and to consistently conduct their work in a way that showcases the College's values and practices. When an employee's behavior or performance does not meet that standard, the College is committed to work with the employee to reach and sustain the needed improvements. The College, in its discretion, reserves the right under the circumstances to move immediately to termination. In addition, the Western Technical College District Board has vested the President with the authority for termination of employment.
