Wisconsin Statute 38.08, the Board shall hold its annual organizational meeting
on the second Monday in July at which time it shall elect, from among its
members, a chairperson, vice chairperson, and secretary/treasurer.

petition may specify the time, date and place of the special meeting. If the
time, date and place are not specified in the petition, the chairperson shall
call the meeting within ten (10) business days of notification by the secretary.
Notice of all special meetings shall follow Wisconsin Statutes 19.4 and 19.84. Said
notice shall indicate the purpose of the special meeting and no other business
shall be transacted at the meeting which has not been set forth in the specific
call for the meeting.
